Lightspeed offers tailored onboarding packages to help retailers get set up with less stress. We can migrate your inventory and customer data, train your staff, transfer gift card balances, and more.
You can also migrate your current inventory data to your new Lightspeed Retail POS on your own through the Item Import tool, which can support up to 10,000 items per import. Simply export your data from your existing system in a .CSV file and upload it to the Lightspeed Retail POS system.

Yes. Lightspeed’s multilocation POS was designed to make managing multiple stores more straightforward.
When setting up new stores, you can copy data from an existing location to help speed things up. Once additional stores are set up, you can switch between Lightspeed back offices from one platform, wherever you are.
After that, you can manage inventory across locations, order stock for different stores without juggling separate tools, and view performance for the business as a whole or by individual location. Customer profiles and sales histories can also follow shoppers across locations and channels for a more consistent experience.
